As EBANK becomes more known it also becomes more of a target for scammers and the likes. It is extremely important that all customers observe and memorise the following:

1) We will never ask for EBANK deposits to come to any character other than EBANK Ricdic without a news article here stating to do so and why.

2) You should never attempt to deposit isk into EBANK if the corporation doesn't have the [EBANK] ticker.

3) EBANK cannot reimburse you for lost funds due to name scams. A petition to CCP 'might' get your isk back however it's important that you remove this risk entirely.

4) Your EBANK password should not be the same one used for Eve.

5) Your EBANK password should not be shared or publically listed anywhere. We cannot be responsible if you have provided your details to another party and they use your account illegitimately.

6) EBANK Staff will never ask you for your password
